Our property listing offering enables you advertise you property and reach a wider audience. For a one off annual fee your listing appears on our website and you manage the bookings yourself. There are no additional charges or referral fees to pay and we take NO COMMISSION on any booking you receive under this option. Each listing has a detailed description and up to 5 photos of the property. Area information and local amenities are also listed if required allowing you to market effectively to your guests. All adverts go up in English and additional language options are available (see example).

Enquires are forwarded directly to your email address for you to respond too. Send an email to Rentals to let us know when bookings have been confirmed and we will update you availability calender the very same day. Multiple languages are available. Our premier service, combining multiple advertising mediums with an online availability, booking engine and a 24 x7 call centre. Create you own website (see option 3 for full details) will a fully functional availability and booking calendar, linked directly into our central system. We handle all your sales and booking enquiries using a mixture of email and telephone sales, take payment and are responsible for sending the booking details to the clients. At the end of each month we provide you with a report detailing how many enquiries your property has received and how many booking have been made.
