Regional Sales Manager
Adriatic Property Service is fast becoming one of the leading Property and Tourism Group chains in Croatia and is looking to maintain and strengthen its local market share by appointing a successful and dynamic Regional Manager. Ideally you will already have at least 2 years management experience, although strong and experienced Real Estate Agent will be considered. It is essential that you demonstrate a record in the business.

• Valuation and listing of property
• Man management, training, recruitment and motivation of staff
• Organise and implement marketing initiatives and strategies
• Display creativity and flexibility in your approach to achieving sales targets in a competitive market place.
• Report figures accurately with forecasts to the Directors
